Level 3:  Disclosure Tracking and Accounting Tutorial

This short tutorial is for staff members who have been appointed by their department, division, or clinic to enter information in UF’s on-line Disclosure Tracking System. After you have finished this training, you may apply for your login and password.

The module requires Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer, click here to download and install it.

Certificates: When you have finished the tutorial, return to this page to register your completion and receive your certificate. You can also print your certificate, once you have completed the tutorial and registered, by returning to the HIPAA home page and clicking on “Get Your Certificate”.

Pop-Up Blockers: If you click below on Begin Tutorial and get sent back to this page, you may have a "Pop-Up Blocker" installed. Disable the blocker to access the test. Speak to your computer support person, if necessary, for instructions.

Browsers: The training is best accessed through Internet Explorer, but will also work with Netscape, Firefox, and other common browsers.
